1 / Where is Thrive Located?
Thrive Pediatric Therapy Center is housed within Leblanc Pediatrics (Mandeville Location). When you enter, take the elevators located to your left to the second floor. Thrive is located as soon as you exit the elevator.
2 / What are Thrive's Fees?
Fees are dependent on the service(s) delivered. We will be happy to provide the current fee schedule and answer any and all questions relating to fees and payment.
Thrive is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of LA HMO and PPO networks.
Don't see your plan listed? No problem!
We can provide you with a statement that includes all information required for you to submit a claim to your policy provider . Dependent on your plan, your policy may reimburse you directly for OT services.
We cannot guarantee services are covered under your policy, nor the amount that may be reimbursed. We encourage you to speak to your insurance provider prior to scheduling to ensure an accurate understanding of reimbursement rates.
3 / What is Thrive's Cancellation Policy?
We kindly ask that our office is notified of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in charges.




4 / What should I expect?
Therapy services will begin with an initial evaluation lasting approximately 1 hour. From here, your therapist will discuss the recommended treatment plan based on your child's individualized goals including frequency and duration recommendations.
5 / How do I schedule?
Call our offices, email, or submit an online contact form to get further information regarding scheduling options and availability. It is helpful if you provide information regarding services you are seeking and your ideal scheduling options upon initial contact.
6 / Will information be kept private?
The privacy of information exchanged during all services is protected by law. Note that knowledge that a child has been or is in danger of harm or neglect is required by law to be reported to the Department of Children and Family Services. Additionally, the law requires that confidentiality be broken with or without permission if there is risk of serious harm. If it is agreed upon that it is in the best interest of your child and family to exchange information with another party (e.g., your child’s school), written consent will be obtained prior to doing so.
